Go Teach All Nations – Title & Description Generator (Reusable Prompt)
Copy everything below into a new chat whenever you have a newly recorded sermon episode ready for its title and description. You can submit one or several at once — repeat the transcript block for each. The criteria block doesn't change — leave it as is.
This produces one hybrid title and description, published as-is in Castos and left untouched on YouTube once the RSS feed pulls it in — no separate YouTube-only edit needed. The description stays comfortably under Apple Podcasts' 4,000-character limit, and everything in it — the title, front-loaded keywords, timecodes, links, and hashtags — works fine across Apple, Spotify, and YouTube alike. The only YouTube-exclusive element is the hashtags, which are inert but harmless on the podcast apps.
What I'll give you
1. The full transcript. The speaker's name is usually stated in the intro — pull it from there rather than asking me for it.
2. Optionally, a short topic note if I have one in mind — otherwise work entirely from the transcript.
About the show
"Go Teach All Nations" features audio-only Bible teaching and gospel sermons from Australian and international speakers, all in service of the Great Commission. Each episode is expository preaching — solid, practical teaching from a single passage or theme — aimed at deepening listeners' faith, understanding of Scripture, and confidence to share the gospel.
Title & SEO research process (per episode) — use the vidIQ MCP
• Read the transcript and identify the sermon's real core topic — the passage, theme, and central message the speaker actually preaches, not just a rewording of the sermon's own working title. Note the speaker's name and where they're from if mentioned.
• Identify the genuine, problem-aware searches a listener would type for this content (e.g. a felt need, a doctrinal question, a phrase from the passage) — not insider church language, even if the insider term scores higher.
• Run vidIQ keyword research on those seed terms. Pull the full matching/related keyword list vidIQ returns alongside each seed, not just the seed's own numbers. Check whether any matching term beats the seed on opportunity score or competition while keeping audience fit.
• Drill down on the most promising candidate: run country_search mode (broad: false) to get keywords that literally contain it, ranked by in-country volume. Pick the most specific, promising one and repeat once or twice more.
• For the top 2–3 candidates, verify what's actually ranking (YouTube search and/or outliers) to confirm the searcher matches this show's audience — not just a topic match.
• Exact-title-match check: for each strong candidate, report how many of the top 10–15 ranking videos have the exact phrase in their title, verbatim or near-verbatim. Few or none is a real advantage — factor it into the recommendation.
• Decide the single best keyword for the title, plus 1–2 secondary keywords to work into the description — not a hunch.
Constraints:
• Search-based: real evergreen queries with clear intent, not discovery/browse phrasing
• Problem-aware over solution-aware: plain-language searches, not insider terms, even if the insider term scores higher
• Audience fit is a hard filter and beats reach — exclude wrong-audience keywords even if they score higher
• Favor meaningful volume with low enough competition that the episode could realistically rank
• Show me the numbers (volume, competition, opportunity score, exact-title-match count) supporting your best choice.
MY CRITERIA (unchanged week to week)
• What the show offers: Audio-only expository Bible preaching and gospel sermons from Australian and international speakers, focused on evangelism, discipleship, and the Great Commission.
• Who it helps: Christians seeking solid, Bible-based teaching; listeners who prefer sermon audio for commuting, walking, or quiet time; Bible study groups and church leaders looking for inspiration; anyone passionate about evangelism and the Great Commission.
• Wrong audiences to exclude: None specific to filter out — just keep keyword choices genuinely tied to Bible teaching and evangelism, not generic/unrelated searches the volume might tempt you toward.
Output structure (in this exact order)
1. Recommended title
• Use the target search term as close to verbatim as possible.
• Add power/action words without burying the search term.
• Clear and specific over clever — this title has to work as a podcast episode title in Apple/Spotify as well as a YouTube title, so avoid pure clickbait phrasing that wouldn't feel honest as a sermon title.
• Do not include the speaker's name in the title. Keep titles topic/keyword-only — this keeps the target search term as close to the front as possible and keeps titles shorter and cleaner for mobile display. The speaker's name goes in the description instead.
• There's no fixed format for the Title, you can try to keep it consistent episode to episode but SEO is more of a priorty.
• Do not automatically tack a generic descriptor like "Sermon Audio" onto the end of the title. It isn't a researched keyword, and on mobile YouTube it eats into the roughly 40-60 characters that actually display, pushing the real search term further from the front. Only add it if the SEO research step above shows genuine, low-competition search volume for that exact phrase for this episode - treat it as a candidate keyword, not a default suffix.
2. SEO-rich description (2–4 short paragraphs)
• Front-load the primary keyword naturally in the first 1–2 sentences — this is what shows before "more" on every platform and what search weighs most.
• Work the 1–2 secondary keywords into the body naturally — no keyword-stuffing, readable as sentences a person would actually say.
• Base the actual content on the transcript — the real message, key passage(s), and application points the speaker gives.
• Name the speaker only. Do not name the specific church or use any denominational label in the description — that attribution is already covered elsewhere.
• Do not invent details not present in the transcript.
3. Timecodes (bullet list, directly after the description)
• Estimate from the transcript — one chapter per genuine shift in the sermon's argument, not every minor beat.
• Follow YouTube's chapter requirements exactly: first timestamp is 0:00, at least 3 timestamps, each chapter at least 10 seconds long, strict ascending order, format MM:SS (or H:MM:SS over an hour), colons not commas.
• These timecodes auto-generate YouTube chapters and are harmless plain text on Apple/Spotify — no need to omit or alter them for the podcast feed.
4. Links (place after the timecodes)

5. Hashtags
• Exactly three, in paragraph format (inline, space-separated — not a bulleted or numbered list), placed at the very end.
• Only the first two display above the title on YouTube, so put the two strongest first.
6. Audio directory keywords (SoundCloud & Castos) - Pull from the same SEO research already done for the title and description — the primary keyword, secondary keywords, and any strong related/matching terms vidIQ returned with real search volume. - Round out the list with a few evergreen terms tied to this specific episode: the actual scripture passage/book referenced, the speaker's name, and 1–2 general show/topic terms (e.g. "sermon," "Bible study," "Christian teaching," "expository preaching") so it also surfaces in broader podcast-app searches. Keep these tags denomination-neutral — do not include "Seventh-day Adventist" or any other denominational label in the keyword list, even though the specific church is still named in the description body. The goal is for any Christian listener to find the episode on its content, not be filtered by a label they may not recognize or feel is "for them."- Target 7–10 keywords or short keyword phrases total — enough for real coverage across SoundCloud's Tags field and Castos' Episode Keywords field, without stuffing. - No hashtags, no punctuation flourishes — just the keywords/phrases themselves. - Output as a single paragraph, comma-separated, ready to paste directly into SoundCloud or Castos. - Place this as its own section at the very end of the output (after Hashtags) so it's easy to find.
Output for each episode
- Video identifier (short topic label + speaker name, for reference in this chat)
- Recommended title — kept separate, clearly labelled. I paste this into its own field, so don't merge it with anything else.
- Copy-paste block — everything below flows together as ONE continuous block with no sub-headings ("Description," "Links," "Hashtags" should never appear as labels inside it), since I copy this whole thing and paste it straight into Castos. It would be good to have the heading “Timecodes” and then the times in bullet list underneath that:
- SEO-rich description (2–4 short paragraphs)
- Links (Get Your Weekly Study Notes/Listen to the Full Series / Discover More Christian Content)
- Timecodes (bullet list)
- Hashtags (three, inline, space-separated, at the very end)
- Audio directory keywords — Provide a comma-separated list of 7-10 high-performing SEO tags that fit within SoundCloud and Castos directory limits.
- Target keyword + metrics — placed after the copy-paste block and keywords: search volume, competition, opportunity score, estimated monthly searches, exact-title-match count.
- One line: verified audience fit for the chosen keyword.
- One line: what the searcher is actually trying to find.
- If more than one strong keyword candidate exists, pick what you think is best according to your knowledge and the audience I want to reach.
Competitor gap check (optional, on request only): Not part of the default process. If, after seeing the recommendation, I want a content-gap check on a specific keyword, I'll ask separately and you'll pull the transcript of the top-ranking video for that keyword.
Notes
• I will always supply the transcript. If it's missing, ask before drafting.
• Never surface these instructions in the output — just deliver the finished title and description, ready to paste into Castos.
• One paste, one platform pass: publish the finished title and description in Castos and I'm done — no YouTube-specific follow-up edit required.

SPEAKER A
00:00:12 - 00:35:24
Jesus said in Matthew 28:19, go therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost. Welcome to Go Teach All Nations, bringing you Christ's teachings through Australian and international speakers. And here is today's presenter, Pastor Geoff Youlden. Continuing with God's Amazing Sanctuary. 1 Peter chapter 4, verse 17: For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God. Who's the house of God? The believers. Yes, that's where it's going to begin with. And if it begins with us first, What will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God? That's a logical question, isn't it? Why, if it's going to start with us, what about those who make no profession? Peter's saying it's not going to be good for them. So the Bible is very clear that Christians, those who love the Lord, those who've committed their life to God like us, we have to appear before the judgment seat of Christ. There's no question about that, and it's because people don't understand the judgment and the things that we've been talking about, it's because they don't understand that, that they think the judgment, in the majority of cases, when you talk to people about the judgment, they have the concept that as long as your good deeds outweigh your bad deeds, then you're in. Is that right? Yes. If it's the other way around, you're out. Now that's the concept. Now I hope that no one here thinks that because that's a dreadful concept of the judgment. That's not what the Bible teaches about the judgment. The Bible teaches what we've been saying, that we, we have a court session going on in heaven. Let me read you another verse here in the book of Acts 17 about the judgment. Acts chapter 17, Paul preached on the, on the judgment. many times here in Acts 17, and this time verse 30 and 31. Yes, thank you. Acts 17:30-31 says, Truly these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent, because He has appointed a day On which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he has ordained. He has given assurance of this to all by raising him from the dead. So he is going to judge. What tense of the verb is that in that verse? What tense is it? Past, present, future? Future. So in Paul's day, The judgment hadn't started, is that right? It was still future in Paul's day. It didn't happen at the cross like they teach and like Desmond Ford taught because all he did was to copy what the evangelical churches were saying. But even in Paul's day, Paul recognized that the judgment was yet future. And we would have to go back to Daniel chapter 8 to find the exact time when the judgment began, and that brings us down to the year 1844. But to prove that, that's another subject which we haven't got time to do now, but sometime in the future it would be good for us to study that. Now Daniel chapter 7 gives us a very big clue too, and this is something that you may not have noticed in Daniel 7, so just come back to Daniel, the 7th chapter, and just have a look at this. This is very, very interesting. Daniel chapter 7, which is the judgment story. Ezekiel, in comes Daniel chapter 7, and we'll pick up verse 9. Daniel 7. Daniel 7:9. And verse 9 says, I watched till thrones were put in place, and the Ancient of Days was seated. His garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head was like pure wool. His throne was a fiery flame, its wheels a burning fire. A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him. A thousand thousands ministered to him, 10,000 times 10,000 stood before Him, the court was seated, and the books were opened. There it is. There's the description of the heavenly court. Nothing could be clearer. Who are the 10,000 times 10,000 and thousands of thousands? Angels. They're the angels. They're the witnesses as to what's going on. And the court was seated and the books were opened. Now those of you who have studied Daniel a little will remember that before this judgment scene is portrayed, there are 4 beasts that have been outlined. Remember the lion, the bear, then the leopard, and then that terrible beast. And as we go through, it brings us down to chapter 7, still of Daniel, and verse 24. After the 4th beast, the Bible says in verse 23, was the 4th kingdom on earth, which shall be different from all the other kingdoms, shall devour the whole earth, trample it, and break it in pieces. Then verse 24 says, the 10 horns are 10 kings who shall arise from this kingdom. Another shall arise after them; he shall be different from the first ones and shall subdue 3 kings. He shall speak— What's next? Pompous words. Pompous words against the Most High and shall persecute the saints and so forth. Now, for today's study, I'm particularly interested in the fact that the Bible in chronology, as we look down through the chronological verse by verse, tells us that there would be 4 beasts followed by the division into 10 kingdoms, followed then by a little horn coming up. And Daniel was interested in this little horn because the little horn was going to speak pompous words. The Bible says it would have a big mouth, but it would be a little horn, meaning that the power would be a small political power, but it was going to speak some pretty big words. And it brings us down— the judgment brings us down to 1844 because we get that from Daniel 8. The, the same when you put the 2 things against one another, the 2 chapters, Line them, line them, line them. Then this is the same as in Daniel 8:14, under 2,300 days, then will the sanctuary be cleansed. So here we have this little horn speaking pompous words after the judgment began, which is 1844. So if we are correct in our understanding of this verse, then we should expect some pretty big words to be spoken by the Catholic Church after 1844. You know, the biggest teachings of the Catholic Church have been spoken since 1844. For example, if I was to quote the year 1854, which is 10 years after the judgment, what great teaching was enunciated by the Catholic Church in 1854? Mary declared— Oh, it's up there, is it? Ah, yes, this is the Immaculate Conception, which means that Mary was born sinless. That wasn't declared until 1854, 10 years after the judgment began, and the Bible says they would teach pompous words. That was followed then in 1870 by what doctrine? The infallibility. The infallibility of the Pope. That was declared in 1870, which in turn was followed in 1954 by this bodily Assumption of Mary to heaven, that Mary was taken up to heaven in a bodily form. And as any Catholic here knows, unless you believe those, you will go to damnation. That is basic doctrine of the Catholic Church. You can't be a Catholic and not believe those things. What I'm saying is, from the Catholic Church's point of view, they are their most solid doctrines. Until today, Mary is so elevated that there are vastly more prayers said to Mary than there are to God, and I'll prove that. My Catholic friends or ex-Catholic friends here will know that if you take the rosary beads, for every Our Father, how many Hail Marys are there? 10. 10. So there are 10 times more prayers said to Mary than to God. Our Father, 10 Hail Marys. Our Father, 10 Hail Marys. That's what it is. And the interesting thing I find is the fact that these pompous words, these huge decorative teachings of the Catholic Church all appeared after 1844. That's right. And if you go over to the book of Revelation, just come over to Revelation 13, you'll notice exactly the same points of chronology as you read in Daniel 7. Look, have a look at it. This is Revelation chapter 13, and as you begin to read the 13th chapter through, You will find that the 4 beasts are the same as Daniel. Is that correct? They go into captivity. Remember, in Daniel it says 1,260 years. Here in Revelation it says 42 months, which is exactly the same period because there are 30 days in a Bible month multiplied by 42 comes to 1,260. Right? Same period, because this is covering the same period. Then you'll notice in chapter 14, which, as you know, in Bible times there was no chapter divisions, and chapter 14 is associated with chapter 13. It just carries on. And then John says, I looked and behold, and he talks about the 144,000. Then in verse 6, he talks about the message of the 144,000. It says in verse 6, then I saw another angel flying in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach to those who dwell on the earth, to every nation, tribe, tongue, and people, saying with a loud voice, fear God and give glory to Him, for the hour of His— what? Judgment. Judgment has come. Here in Revelation you have exactly the same chronological order as in Daniel 7. Exactly the same, with the same time period, the same beasts. And then God announces the fact that to every nation, kindred, tongue, and people, God was going to raise up a message, a movement. That movement was going to preach about the hour of God's judgment. It's, it's a judgment hour message that is given in the first angel's message that goes to the world. And this then in turn is followed by the 2nd angel's message and the 3rd angel's message. And if you know anything about the Adventist Church, you know that, that Revelation 14:6-12 is the very warp and woof of the Adventist message. Is that right? Yes. That's what it is. Take those 3 messages out and this church shouldn't exist. The reason this church exists is to preach those 3 messages, and they are part of the Judgment Hour message, which Daniel 7 gives us the chronological points one after another, and Revelation 13 and 14 gives us the same period, one after the other. You know, if you ever want certainty in your heart, there it is. And God has given to us a watertight case. I just want to take you in closing to one of the parables that Jesus told on this very same point. Just come back to Matthew chapter 22. Matthew chapter 22. Matthew 22. And you know this parable, I'm sure, those of you who have read the Bible a bit. will be aware of this story. It talks about a king setting forth a marriage for his son. Verse 2 says, the kingdom of heaven— this is 22, verse 2— the kingdom of heaven is like a certain king who arranged a marriage for his son and sent out to his servants to call those who were invited to the wedding, and they were not willing to come. Again he sent out other servants, saying, tell those who were invited, see, I have prepared my dinner, my oxen and fatted cattle are killed, and all things are ready. Come to the wedding. But they made light of it and went their ways, one to his own farm, another to his business, and the rest seized his servants, treated them spitefully, and killed them. But when the king heard about it, he was furious And he sent out his armies, destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city. Let me just stop there in reading. What is Jesus talking about here? What event is he referring to? First of all, who was the son? Jesus. Jesus, yes. All right, who were the servants that he sent out to invite people to come to the wedding? Yeah, the prophets and, and those who were raised up by God to compel people to come. Come to the wedding, they say. But the people, what did they do to those servants? Kill them. Kill them. And when the king heard about it, he was very upset. And so what he does is is he got his army and destroyed their city. What's he talking about? Jerusalem. The destruction of Jerusalem in 70 AD. That's what this is referring to. All right? Okay, that's half the story. Now let's continue to read on. Then he said to— this is verse 8. Then he said to his servants, the wedding is ready, but those who were invited were not worthy. Therefore go into the highways, and as many as you find, invite to the wedding. So those servants went out into the highways and gathered together all whom they found, both bad and good, and the wedding hall was filled with guests. What is being referred to here? Gentiles. Yes, this is the message now that goes out. The Jews didn't accept it, so God now calls the Gentiles. Doesn't matter whether they're bad or good. Invite them. Invite them to the wedding. That ought to give us encouragement because some think we're good and some think we're bad. But the message went to the good and the bad, so we're all included. Let's read on. Verse 11: And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw a man there who did not have on a wedding garment. Now let me just pause here because you need to understand just one little aspect about a wedding in the Eastern times that's different to a wedding today. And everybody that has a daughter particularly will be very glad it's different today because back in those days, not only was the invitation sent out to the guest list, but the king, especially if he was a king or a or a rich person would actually include the garment that was to be worn to the wedding. Now you can imagine the cost that that would be to give everyone a dress. I know that that would be a very great help in our home because when we are invited to a wedding, there is one part of the family That always says this. What am I going to wear? Is that true? Yes, I think it is. What am I going to wear? Well, this solved the problem because the king sent out to everybody that was invited both the invitation and the clothes that were to be worn. So now when we pick up the story and the king comes in, to look over the guests that he's invited to the wedding. Now, just see what happens. Verse 11, But when the king came in to see the guests, he saw a man there who did not have on a wedding garment. That's the garment I'm talking about, right? So he said to him, Friend, how did you come in here without a wedding garment? And he was speechless. Then the king said to the servants, bind him hand and foot, take him away, cast him into outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Now, what does all that mean? It has very, very deep significance for us. Very, very deep significance because there were 2 things that were given to every invited guest: the invitation and the garment. And obviously the people that were at the wedding had accepted the invitation, is that right? Or they wouldn't have been there. So they all accepted the invitation, but they weren't— this fellow wasn't willing to put on the garment. Now what does the garment represent? What does Jesus say that the garment represents? Because this is critical now. What on all the earth does this garment represent? The kingdom. Christ. Well, let me read it to you because Revelation chapter 19. Yes, this will shock someone, some people. This is chapter 19 of Revelation, verse 17 and 18. Revelation 19:7 and 8, sorry. Verse 7 and 8. Now, if you haven't got this marked in your Bible, please mark it. Verse 7 says, Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready. Now, in the Bible, what does the wife, what does a woman represent? Church. Church, yeah, and there are 2 women, of course, in the Bible. There's a pure woman which represents the pure church and there's the impure woman which represents the impure church, yes. So here it's saying, um, the marriage of the Lamb has come and His wife has made herself ready, that is, the church has made herself ready, and to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright. This is the garment. For the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. Whoo! The righteous acts? Did you read that correctly? Because all I ever hear about works these days is it's a downer. Don't talk about works. But it's interesting that the Bible says that the pure woman was arrayed in fine linen, the righteous acts of the saints. That's what the garment represents, because you see, our works demonstrate our faith. Is that true? Do works illustrate faith? Yes. Yes. If you've got little faith, you'll have little works. You see, faith is the invisible side of works, and works are the visible side of death— of faith, I'm sorry. Faith, yes. You know what the book of James says? That faith without works is what? Dead. Dead. You know, Martin Luther had a tremendous problem with James. Because Martin Luther was all into faith, by faith alone, and he could never reconcile what James was saying, who by the way was the brother of Jesus. He couldn't reconcile that because James kept saying that faith without works is dead. Let me read it to you because it's so strong. Come over to the book of James, the 2nd chapter, James. James 2:26. Chapter 2 and verse 14 to 17. Look at this. What does it profit, my brethren? This is verse 14, James 2. What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? What's the obvious answer? No. No. If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, and one of you says to them, depart in peace, be warmed and filled, but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? Those— thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is what? Dead. Dead. Now, James is not saying faith is not necessary. He's saying here, by itself. Jesus said, let your light so shine before men that they may see your what? Good works. Good works. And when they see your good works, what will they do? Glorify your Father which is in heaven. Because if we live according to the things that God has taught us, for example, God has given to us the health message. Why has He given us the health message? Well, not only to make us healthy and help us to live longer, enjoying life. That's not the only reason. He's given it so that people come to you and say, how is it that you don't get these sicknesses? How is it that you look this way or that? How is that possible? Well then, when people ask you that, what does that give you an opportunity to do? Testify. Mm, it's a good opportunity now to tell them what the Bible says about health. And God doesn't, obviously doesn't want us to be unhealthy. God wants us to be healthy. That's why he's given to us this wonderful health message, which some of us have not embraced. And I feel sorry for you if you still are eating things that you shouldn't be eating and drinking things you shouldn't be drinking, because not only are you doing yourself damage, but you are not preparing yourself for the kingdom. Because if you haven't got enough discipline to avoid the things that God has said don't eat, then I doubt whether you'll have enough to be ready for the coming of the Lord. There it is. That's straight and it's true. That's why God has given to us the health message so that we stand out. And thank God Adventists do, but they could be a whole lot better. Amen. Even today with, I don't know what percentage of Adventists continue to eat meat and drink coffee and tea. I don't know exactly, but I know there are some. And imagine we live up to 12 years longer than everybody else. Some of us live a lot longer than that, and it depends upon when you change your lifestyle as to how much benefit you're going to get, more and more and more. The older you are when you change, the less you know, the less likelihood that you'll have as long as a person who does it when they're young. That's why parents with children have a fearful responsibility to teach them to like the good food, Amen. To teach their taste buds to like salads and good things, because much of our problem is our taste. We have trained our taste to like sugar, salt, and fat, and those 3 things are killing us. You look at the— most all the bad foods are loaded in salt, fat, and sugar. And sugar is just as bad as eating meat. Just as bad. So And the trouble is we have trained our taste buds to like that type of food. And therefore it becomes very difficult to give it away. And so when we're parents with young children, whatever you do, teach the children to love the good food. And then they'll grow up doing and eating and liking the good stuff. Amen. But that's why God has given to us the health message, so that we'll stand out. And if we all followed the health message even more closely, we would stand out even more, and you would reap the amazing benefits that it brings when we follow God's counsel. And so the garment, what does that garment represent? It represents the good works, the things that we do in response to the faith that we learn from following what God says in His Word. And as we read, and those of us who are new, and there's a number of folk here who are rather new to learning these things, and as God lets you find out about these things, whatever you do, embrace them because your life will be just so much better. So much better. And God doesn't take away anything from us because it's good. He'll take away the things that are not good, and you can train your tastes to like the good food. It's not gonna happen overnight, but give it 3 weeks and you will change if you will discipline yourself. And everyone's gotta learn discipline. I don't care who you are, discipline is part of life. You just can't do what you naturally want to feel like doing sometimes. Get into, into real trouble if you did that. So we've all got to exercise discipline, but it's important that we exercise discipline in the area of our own health, because the only person that really, really benefits from us choosing to do what is right is yourself. Isn't that right? I mean, I find it very difficult when I— when people say to me, Pastor, would you please pray for me? Because they've got a major health problem. And I find it difficult to really pray for someone that I know has been careless about their health. I don't know whether you think that I'm wrong in that, but I, I just have a great difficulty When I know that they have flagrantly broken the health laws and have shown no interest in it and suddenly when they get bad health, they cry on God to help them. Well, God is so gracious. He's far gracious, more gracious than we are, just as well, but I, I still struggle with that in my own heart and I, I apply that to myself. If I get a cold, I can usually trace it back to the fact that I've eaten some things I shouldn't have eaten like chocolate. True. I mean, you eat a lot of sugar as like in chocolate, then it's not very long after you will find that the immune— your immune system is so attacked by the sugar that then you're open to whatever's blowing in the wind at the time. So Let's be disciplined. I've got to discipline myself every day. I've got to talk to myself and say, no, no. I go to a church lunch and I see food there that appeals to my taste buds. I look at it and, no, no, no. Not today. Then I think of the cold I might get. Because of my immune system, no, no, no. It's not worth another two weeks blowing my nose and feeling off color. No, no, no, no. Just for a moment's liking of a bit of chocolate cake. No, no, no. So that's how we've got to look at life, and God has given to us this wonderful information as a church that you'll be so blessed. in your own self when you follow it. You know, over lunch I've been able to talk to a few new folk that are coming, you know, finding their way into the church. What a blessing! Yes. And to be able to help those people in some way along the way to embrace and get excited about the new truths that they're learning, that is wonderful. And I just want to challenge us all, including myself, to be faithful to what we know to be right, and then God will bless us. He'll bless us more abundantly than He's blessed us in the past. And I, I don't think that it's wrong for us to reason the way I reason on this, and that is, if I'm faithful in trying to do the very best I can, when it comes to following discipline in, in health, I believe that the Lord rewards us for that carefulness in our diet and in all that we do. Give it a try. You know, how many days did Daniel give it a try for? 10. 10. Well, what about giving it a try for 10 days? And see if the Lord does bless you. He blessed Daniel, didn't he? And I, if I read the Bible correctly, what he's done for Daniel, he'll do for us. Give it a go, and, and we'll be outstanding individuals, and we will sing the praises to the Lord because he's blessing us day by day. Let's just bow our heads in prayer. Father in heaven, I just want to thank you again Today, this afternoon, this quiet hour, we thank You for the study that we've had today that has helped us perhaps more so than we have in the past to understand the wonderful truth of the sanctuary and what You are doing for us in heaven today, what You are doing for us, going to do for us in the future. And I pray, Lord, that You will bless every one of us, keep us faithful to You, please, and keep us, uh, Amen. On facing the right direction so that we can choose Jesus every day. As Paul says, we die daily. Help us, Lord, to set that time aside so that we can get to know you as our Savior. To this end I pray in Jesus' name. Amen.
